This way, you will be charged accurately based on your benefits. To provide the highest standard of care to all of our clients we offer our services at a set rate. Therapy is an investment of you time, money and energy, and you deserve the best possible experience in return. “What is the purpose of a consultation call?”

A consultation call is an opportunity to get to know your therapist, and ensure that you and the therapist are a good fit for one another. During a consultation call you will be able to discuss your goals for therapy, as well as get any questions you have answered. Upon mutually deciding that the relationship is a positive fit, you will be schedule an initial intake session. If for any reason you or the therapist don’t believe that working together is the best fit for you, we will provide you with specific referrals based on the goals you identified.

“What can I expect during the first session?”

The first session is designed to get to know each other. This session also includes a comprehensive assessment designed to gain insight to her your personal history, present concerns, and what you are hoping to get out of the therapeutic process. This session is typically 90 minutes long.
